AinoAid™ chatbot launch event in Valencia, Spain

The IMPROVE project is excited to announce the Spanish launch of the AinoAid™ chatbot, an AI-powered tool designed to support victims of gender-based and domestic violence. The launch took place on 25 November 2024 at the Valencia Local Police (PLV) headquarters during the 20th Anniversary Conference of Spain’s Organic Act 1/2004 on Integrated Protection Measures Against Gender Violence, aligning with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.

The AinoAid™ chatbot is a significant development within the IMPROVE project, providing immediate assistance and resources to victims while strengthening institutional support.

Broad participation from Spanish stakeholders
The launch event brought together 152 participants, including law enforcement agencies, public authorities, NGOs, academics, and judiciary representatives. The Mayoress of Valencia, City Councillors, and senior police officials were among the attendees, highlighting the wide-reaching collaboration that defines the IMPROVE project.
