Angelika May, S.I.G.N.A.L. e.V.
Angelika May spent over 30 years as a social worker in a women's shelter, counseling women affected by domestic and sexual violence and assisting them and their children in escaping these situations. These experiences motivated her to develop support services and intervention standards. She supports the project by developing intervention standards and implementation strategies, identifying barriers to seeking help, researching new approaches, writing for the website and chatbot, and participating in chatbot testing and professional training modules.

Dori Szego, FORESEE
Dori Szego is a sociologist and mental health professional. She has been involved in several criminal justice related projects since 2010. Many of them were examining the potential of restorative justice and restorative methods, focusing on the needs of the victims, on taking responsibility and repairing harm in the Hungarian criminal justice settings.

Paulina Juszczyk, WWU
Paulina Juszczyk became a research assistant in the previous EU project IMPRODOVA and contributed to the development of the IMPRODOVA training platform, working alongside other dedicated professionals. Currently, she’s engaged in both, the EU IMPROVE project and its sister project, VIPROM. In VIPROM, the focus is on the healthcare sector.

Emanuel Tananau Blumenschein is a researcher at VICESSE since 2019, working on various projects. They’ve ranged from research into financial crimes to fatherhood in prison. His background lies in political science and Chinese studies, with the main focus on participation in authoritarian regimes.

Anna Juusela, We Encourage
Anna Juusela is a lecturer and a consultant for measuring the profitability of visual merchandising and the overall profitability of stores, online & offline. She graduated in fashion design, specializing in trends and how those are born, and how they influence the world. Her second degree is in financial administration. She explained her role in the IMPROVE project as a project coordinator in WP2, which is taking care that everything is moving forward nicely and smoothly.
