WP6

Scientific coordination and project management

This WP includes two parts. First, scientific coordination, which aims to make sure that all partners are aware of all activities and take part in discussions on progress, problems, and planning. The research activities should be steered in a smart way, to make the creative potential of the Consortium available, to ensure that critical deliverables and milestones are either fulfilled in a timely manner or risk mitigation is started early on, and to ensure compliance with the EU's requirements. Second, this WP includes project management, which aims to be an efficient service to the project coordination.

Methodology

We stratified coordination into three levels: 1. The day-to-day planning is done via the WP teams, 2. the higher-level coordination is carried out by the WP Leads and the Coordinator, in the Steering Board (SB), 3. all strategic decisions are made by the full Consortium.
